Terms of Service
The rules for using IZCHI.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. What IZCHI is
IZCHI lets you set a target price for a product and watches supported marketplaces for matching listings, so you don't have to refresh pages yourself. IZCHI is a monitoring and notification tool. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell products: buying a product happens directly on the marketplace (currently eBay or AliExpress), and IZCHI never takes payment for it. The only thing IZCHI charges for is its own optional Pro subscription.
2. Your account
You need an account to create trackers. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use IZCHI (generally, be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live).
3. Free and paid plans
IZCHI offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Plan limits, pricing, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page and in our Subscription Terms, which are part of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use IZCHI to violate any marketplace's own terms of service
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or automate access outside of the features we provide
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers/networks connected to it
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
5. Marketplace data and third parties
IZCHI shows pricing, availability, and listing data pulled from third-party marketplaces (currently eBay and AliExpress, via their official APIs). We don't control that data, can't guarantee its accuracy, and aren't responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, seller information, or listing content. See our Supported Marketplaces page for more.
6. Service availability
IZCHI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that every price check will run on a fixed schedule, or that you'll be notified of every matching listing. We're a small, early-stage product and things may break - we'll do our best to fix issues quickly.
7. Termination
You can delete your account from your account settings, which permanently removes your trackers and notification history. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first and delete your account once it has ended. Our Privacy Policy explains the few records kept after deletion and why. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZCHI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deals, price changes, or unavailable listings.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of IZCHI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
