Subscription Terms

1. Current status

IZCHI Free is available to everyone. IZCHI Pro checkout is not yet open to the public; the Pricing page shows whether Pro can be bought right now. These terms apply to every Pro subscription and are part of our Terms of Service.

2. IZCHI Free

Up to 3 active trackers, automatic price checks, email and in-app price alerts, and the last 7 days of recorded price history. No card is required and nothing expires.

3. IZCHI Pro

Everything in Free, plus up to 50 active trackers and the full price history IZCHI has recorded, with lowest, highest and average recorded prices and 7, 30 and 90-day views. Pro does not change how often prices are checked (about once an hour for every active tracker). The plan comparison lists every difference.

4. Price and billing

IZCHI Pro is sold in these billing periods, in U.S. dollars:

• Monthly: $6.99 every month
• 3 months: $18.99 every 3 months
• 6 months: $34.99 every 6 months
• 9 months: $47.99 every 9 months
• Yearly: $59.99 every year

The Pricing page shows which periods can be bought right now. You choose the period before you pay. You are charged when you subscribe (or when a free trial ends, see section 5A) and then at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; IZCHI never receives your card number.

5. Automatic renewal

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period you chose, and you are charged that period’s price again, until you cancel. Before you pay, you confirm that you agree to these terms and to automatic renewal.

5A. Referral free trial

A new IZCHI account that was invited through another member’s referral link may be offered one 14-day free trial of Pro, when IZCHI is running that offer. Whether an account qualifies is decided by IZCHI when you start checkout; the Pricing page shows the offer only to accounts that qualify. Each account can have one introductory trial, and only an account that has never had a Pro subscription.

To start a trial you choose a billing period and add a payment method. You pay $0 today. When the 14 days end, the price of the period you chose is charged automatically and the subscription renews as described in section 5, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and Pro ends when the trial does. The person who shared the link receives nothing for it.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel online at any time: on your Account page, choose Cancel subscription and confirm on Stripe’s page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Cancelling never deletes your trackers or history.

7. Emails we send about your subscription

• A confirmation when you subscribe, restating the price, the renewal and how to cancel.
• For yearly plans, a reminder 31 to 44 days before each renewal.
• A yearly reminder that you have a subscription, whichever plan you are on.
• If the price changes, an email 14 to 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first.

These emails go to your account’s address and can’t be turned off while you subscribe.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Pro features pause and your account works as Free while Stripe retries the payment. Update your card from Manage billing on your Account page; Pro returns as soon as a payment succeeds.

10. Complimentary access

IZCHI may give some accounts Pro access at no charge. That access is not a subscription, is never billed, and does not renew into a paid plan.

11. Changes to plans and prices

We may change Pro’s features or price as IZCHI develops. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we email you before it applies (see section 7).
